If that was the BOSTON memorial,I would get a group of gay men to modify it. In the dead of night with metal saws. Great art is talked about. Its just a BUS STOP, AND NOT A GOOD ONE. Maybe they can add a shelter under it. that tells the story of HIV/AIDS. BY ITSELF forget it. and what about at night. Will it become some dark, drug/homeless space.
