Safe Injection Pamphlet for New York City Drug Users Raises Controversy

I am a MICA therapist and advocate for several year and in my opinion the NYC DOH safe injection pamplet is only one of the fwew way we can help some of our patient to deal with their illness while we trying to get them into treatment. I prefer a patient free of HIV / Hep C infection and a life that a patient risking his life and the life of other by using safety measure to injecting drug rather that do it improper and getting infected with HIV / Hep C and later infecting other users.
