I had a case of Ocular syphlis 6 years ago and almost lost my eyesight...two weeks of very intense antibotic treatment via a pic line into my heart on a 24 hour drip...Not fun and still have a problem with floaters in my line of vision and will for the rest of my life. Thank god for a very smart doctor and opthamologist my site was saved.
