The whole article -apart from the end- uses the terms “men” and “MSM” basically referring to cis men. And then in the end, there’s a reference on trans men. As trans men are men, we would appreciate it to use proper language. When you refer to men or MSM, this already includes cis and trans men. Thanks.

The FDA will only authorize it if pharma asks for authorization. This is a fundamentally broken process. Same thing happens with PEP. Pharma has no interest in less than lifetime use. Why doesn't the CDC itself ask for authorization?
