Why not? I would certainly accept an organ from another HIV+ person. It would be such a shame to ~waste~ these badly needed organs.

Health Canada's current policy discourages organ transplants to all HIV positive individuals in Canada. Consideration is being given at this time to create legislation to ban organ transplants altogether for HIV positive people. This is very discouraging news for us in Canada.
