The VA still continues to treat all vets to include me who seek treatment,.Every VA has and ID clinic that's staffed with at least two to three doctors..

Good for him and good luck. My career ended 21 years ago now due to my diagnosis. A lot has changed since then I’m sure. Systemic discrimination aside, even the flight surgeon who served up my career ending diagnosis was a [insert pejorative for male organ here]. Here’s the problem for the plaintiff even today: combat readiness or C status. If a patient must return to CONUS for meds, labs, treatment, s/he affects unit C status. Hope he wins but it may be an uphill battle.
