Dr. Richard Ferri
This is a great idea that needs to be pushed into primary care practices. I recently had to hand two possibly exposured patients some of my OWN drugs since the local hospital did not know what they were talking about, and the major HIV clinic basically told them they couldn't help because they were not regular patients in that clinic. Just to take it a step further during a recent emergent hospitalization I was told to make sure I brought my own HIV drugs since they did not have any in stock.
