I was diagnosed with HIV in 1985 In 1985 that was a death sentence. It pissed me off to hear from people who contracted HIV after the invent of Protease Inhibitors and ask as if they went through some major trials and tribulations. When I was diagnosed in 1985 and the ripe age of 25 I was scared beyond belief There was no hope and no drugs to keep people alive for than a few years if the were lucky.
