I imagine as well, that the lack of experienced HIV clinicians is similar in most rural parts of the country. It's unfortunate for all HIV positive individuals without convenient access to experienced providers. Hopefully that dynamic changes with increased interest among HIV clinicians to serve those communities. But there is no intentional disparity or inequity here. Many kinds of specialized health care are not found in rural areas. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that!
