Poor Mexico for they are a great population to test this product. Absent of condoms due the Chathlic stand against condom other the the few candain groups handing them out from USaid funding. I am hopeful this experiment will help all, but a bit sad in the same breath of Mexico's leadership or lack of leadership to address HIV in a honest manner. Mexico pass policy mimics USA without condoms and inevitable is short funded in bounde checks to states in the past. I hope these funds find their way
