I read an article recently about how less well off diabetics in the USA struggle to pay for insulin - what with your Co Pay System and other systems. Some can't afford it. Some end up cutting back on their meds, skipping meds, buying less effective meds, etc, with obvious future consequences. The same is so for people on HIV treatment.. So,must such people in the USA become homeless and destitute before they get given proper insulin and / or proper HIV treatment?! What a complete farce!
