I have just gone through the list of the 100 unsung heroes of HIV/AIDS and NOT one person from outside the USA was honored... Good thing that HIV only exists in the USA and not the rest of the world...come Poz team, broaden your horizons as there are a lot of us in the rest of the world doing equally as meaningful work with way less resources...when are you going to acknowledge them? It's not always about America!
