Horrible. Women being mutilated to prevent the spread of HIV. Amazing! VMMC - "Voluntary Male Genital Mutilation" - is encouraged in Africa for men. To recap, mutilating women is bad. Mutilating men is very good. Geez, when will POZ.com wake up and stop promoting MALE GENITAL MUTILATION?
