CDC reported that worse outcomes on the continuum of care,low percentages of viral suppression, and delays in linkage to care are major barriers in prevention for gay and bisexual men of color.Without fully addressing systemic oppression and its effect on access to care,the affordability of both PrEP and Descovy even after assistance programs,and social determinants of health of the most disadvantaged populations,this article does not even begin to touch the reasoning behind the lack of PrEP use
