This is a terrific advance on the 1200 cases per year from 10 years ago. Prep is not an excuse to "have unsafe sex' it works against HIV acquisition.

I doubt this will happen. Low HIV/AIDS rates or no new cases means people not being tested or put on meds, or getting treatment. Prep is not working as people use it as an excuse to have unsafe sex.
