It seems to be an anal / rectal gel form of PrEP. My thinking is that it will need to be mega charged to work as a one-off, or else super charged and used for three successive days even before sex to allow enough of the key ingredients to be absorbed into anal and rectal tissue. After that it might become OK to insert the gel every other day to maintain sufficient levels in the anal and rectal tissue.
