I went to an alcohol treatment center about 7 years ago. I was on Atripla then, and I really had to work to educate them on how and when my meds needed to be taken. I think at first they thought I was trying to take 'drugs'. It took a while, but they finally 'got it'. I was told that they had never had an HIV + patient before. I told them, that you knew of.
