So where was her responsibility in the unprotected sex? I can understand someone being upset ,but the fact is we are all responsible for our own health. If we choose to have unprotected sex then we mine as well be ready to face the consequences.
there is nothing that says he didn't disclose his status-he denied it.if there was something to this, it would have gone further.I think this more shows an ex with a grudge who would do anything to ruin someone's reputation. It also shows we need to emphasize that BOTH parties are responsible for their own status.Everyone who is HIV- should act as though everyone has HIV and use protection.I don't have any sympathy for those who have unprotected sex and wonder why they got something.
Well this goes on every day, people not disclosing there hiv status?? Why and how can we prevent selfish behavior. We all know this goes on every day and this is why this is spreading every day, how do we prevent this? Not to sure... But it must stop. Well everyone should use protection and also maybe a up to date card that states you have been tsted and are hiv free? Well the main issue is protection, you could look at me and never know i have hiv for 20 years. Please protect yourself.

She was in it for the money. It's a shame that a woman would sacrifice her life for a few million dollars. Dropping the case will make judges more skeptical of other men and women who attempt to prosecute partners who have knowingly lied to them about their HIV status. The moral of the story is to use a condom when you have sex -- every time. If you're unsure of a person's status and they want to engage in unsafe sex -- JUST SAY NO!
