The answer is not more taxes or money to fund research. Everyone with an interest in this topic must first understand that there is limited interest in doing research. Here is my challenge to all Poz readers; search clinicaltrials.gov, hiv + vaccine, at NIH. How many? 3 total. 2 for HIV-, one for HIV+. Not nearly enough to be effective.
