Just one more reason why the Treatment Modernization Act has been an abject failure. Hello? Are there any other AIDS activists still out there? TO any and all who may read this - Congress screwed our community back in 2006 and the legislation named for Ryan White is a mess. It needs to be changed before another three years re-authorization is wasted and more agencies close.
