Update. After the PARTNER study I no longer feel like an infectious, virus laden young man. I feel as though a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can now feel less stress about transmitting HIV, and even know the study shows that I am safe from doing so, I will still always use a condom, because now I see men serosorting, and doing away with condoms because they're undetectable and that is just wrong. You still have to contend with hepatitis, and all sorts of other sti's.
