This is pure BS. People who have headed this are trying to stop free care for low income HIV patients. ANOTHER part of Trumps plans no doubt. If it wasn’t for the Ryan White program I would not afford to go to the dentist. I go every six months and get all the dental procedures I need. My viral load is undetectable after 10 years. The problem is that the program is not known to low income patients. The medical community is selective in whom they tell. This is bogus research!
