There isn't a one size fits all for HIV. I take a consecutive four month drug holiday every year with no health issues or drug resistance. I feel normal again during this time, and I am reducing Big Pharma drug profits. My situation may be different since my CD4 count runs about 1000, and I don't drink, smoke, use drugs, etc... I lead a very healthy lifestyle with great oral health, vitamins, minerals, walking, weight lifting, black tea, Kefir, fiber, etc... Find your own balance!
