This should not be considered revolutionary information. How many diseases are there that waiting to start treatment is a good idea? When I was diagnosed with HIV 35 years ago, I insisted starting treatment immediately even though there were a large number of voices advocating delaying the start of medication until T-Cells dropped to a low level. Even POZ magazine touted the delay in starting treatment and drug holidays giving much print space to those voices. It was horribly irresponsible.
