I am a Chinese person infected in Aug 2012. if you need a new infection asian to trial. Please contact me. I do would like to be included.
I was approached by my Dr to take part in this study. I have been + since 2007. I have been undetectable for several years and my T-cells are 1800+. I Do not do studies usually. As a nurse and after studying this one i could not say no. I hope by doing this study they learn what they need to learn to cure us all. Gods love to you all.
I am hiv neg, my husband is hiv pos for 20+ years. I have a genetic eye disease, thus a mutated gene. Perhaps the ccr5 gene. I want to be included in the trials. Pls contact me. Thank you
As I said in the early 80's this was the answer a single cell receptoor gene cannot be infected because the HIV cell requires 2 receptors to attach to sb-7280_T and other combos of numbers great stride to give persons without ccr5 cell a chance to beat AIDS I also kow of another curre if possible requires money n. Time to research back to previous ccr5 gene happned due to survivors of blubonic plague got this gene why we don't know yet...
I feel that from what I've learned that hiv is a genetic disease and thats the best way to cure it so if this isn't the cure then what else is cause i doubt if a vaccine will be out anytime soon that is gonna work only time will tell which most of us don't have. Just have to say a prayer that sangamo feels just a bit the way infected ppl feel and try to push this into production if it really works.
Currently going on 30 years now living with HIV. I have tryed contacting Sangamo several times, and even there top research person involved in this therapy. Still no answer, tired of the BS, I have forwarded tis info and the article with weblinks to 60 Minutes and Brian Williams. Maybe the press will bring this forward! the 30.6 million people infected with this virus have a right to know the facts from the specific persons involved.
Someday soon we'll have our cure.
