Not at all! If it is more than the alternative, which is no exercise, it will be beneficial.

Keep the intensity of that workout moderate to avoid injury and see where else you can add exercise in your life.

To name a few:

* Try standing from a sitting position while on the phone. Repeat 8 to 10 times.

* While making dinner, do some squats or push-ups on the counter.

* Throughout the day tighten your abdominal muscles as often as possible. Choose a repetitive time to tighten your abs, like each time you walk to and from the restroom or for the duration of every stoplight.

* Take stairs when possible. Do an extra set of stairs each day.

* Do bicep curls with grocery bags or any other way you can add strength or cardio throughout the day.
