Yea NOTSHOCKED, and the straights are getting into the act too- https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/to-your-health/wp/2016/10/25/the-startling-rise-in-oral-cancer-in-men-and-what-it-says-about-our-changing-sexual-habits/ so please stop calling out the gays useless you call the straights out too. Guess they're not using condoms either. The difference is that they do not incessantly self-hate their sexual activities, wait, they do not even have websites about it at all!
Seriously? Inconclusive as to why rates of sti's are higher when you are on prep? Bareback sex has always been popular. Now with prep many feel they don't need safe sex. Has science thrown logic out the window? If you were practicing unsafer sex before then got prep what's the motivation to change? I imagine every city that has prep is seeing similar outcomes.

Hi, Notshocked - my take on it is that the PrEP is being targeted more on those who take most risks already - those who were not using condoms to start with. Hence, their higher risk for getting STDs / STIs remains the same. Hence that shows up in the numbers.
