Cher the two BEST forms of safe sex, when discussing HIV transmission, IS a virally controlled person with HIV and a negative person on PrEP. I find your lack of knowledge disturbing, amusing and quaint all at the same time. None being qualities that are desired when trying to help keep people from seroconvertjng.
To Cher: sending the wrong message to serodiscordant couples who want to conceive and can't afford sperm washing? Sending the wrong message to victims of criminalization on a fictitious perceived risk? Sending the wrong message to serodiscordant couples who just want intimacy and want to know their risk is null when viral load is undectectable? Sending the wrong message to probably the most efficient prevention strategy? Do us a favor, sashay away .. forever.
