if the gov would stop borrowing from China to pay off every other country in the world and trying to support eveyone but our own citizens we would be better off.
The 7.3% cuts would be just sequestration alone. However, It is anticipated ( without getting too budget technical) that the cuts will be more like 11.5%..depending if defense cuts are lowered. What I find disconcerting is that everyone is just NOW discussing this?

Maybe the big executives on the pharmaceutical industry could cut on their obscene bonuses and I'm sure there will be some funds for this serious cause that like everything else has been use to make billionaires.
