Good for Mr. Hunter! It says a lot about a politician, too, when he can show he understands what compels someone to do something, understands the mitigating factors, has the ability to weigh them judiciously and, in this case, express compassion for a life being lived in the service of others in a vulnerable population, so kudos to Governor Cuomo.
