While I was keen to see if this article had any viable prevention strategies, it instantly lost me when it called to its readers as "Girls...". Feminising my sexuality is trite, insulting and self-oppressed. Because I have sex with men does not make me a woman. It's also sexist to flippantly appropriate a gender for humour. All the suggestions for reducing risk for MPX were supposition. It should have started with, "We don't really know, but you could try... ".

Don't sex venues and online cruising apps have some responsibility to provide health information and even links to vaccination resources? Steamworks seems to be doing it somewhat well. Neither Grindr, or BBRT.com or Sniffies.com or Adam4adam.com provide any sort of notice of this current crisis. BBRT.com turned off their party section during the early Covid19 crisis, but it's back in full force, with people posting their meetups. Insanity.
