Limit, Limit .. Limit Humrights,I am in agreement that no funding for any PEDFAR Countries that makes any laws to damage a Gay Person's and Family or Friends. Anti-Gay laws in Uganda or any USA funded countries must be cut off from US monies and travel. until Full Human Rights are on the Books for Woman and Gay People. This Message must be sent to all UngandIANS Politians, and to teach them about Human Rights and Human Values. Without limits on Human Rights.

Thanks for the article, but Ugandan bloggers keep saying that the pressure should still be maintained... this atrocious bill is STILL in the Parliament. Amnesty International has created an action... ACT NOW!
