Activists to Call on White House to Increase Southern AIDS Spending

It is unfortunate that Politics has surfaced in the fight aganist a disease that discriminates aganist on one. One would think that only gay, white males in the north,midwest and the coasts are the only ones suffering from disease. The money should follow the infected- if the need is greater in the south and in rural areas, then that is where the funding should be.
