Well, this apart, I hope that before this, and indeed higher up the list, comes disclosure of herpes infection, syphillis, gonorhea, scabies and lice - all of which are more contagious than HIV. Perhaps these are all notified to mortitions and undertakers... Also there are many other things more contagious and infectious than HIV... So, maybe HIV isn't singled out. So, why should it be left out? Or should it be left out?

This further stigmatizes people with HIV as deadly weapons. The only point of this legislation is to make it clear to the public that if you have to be afraid of us after death, you better be afraid of us while we are still alive. And conservatives wonder why I've met so many guys who refuse to be tested? The spread of HIV will continue in this state thanks to these ignorant lawmakers. You can't prosecute, and persecute, someone if he's never been tested.
