As all-encompassing as the issue of stigma may be, it is heartening to see so many grassroots campaigns springing up to address it. This has been our strategy since the dawn of AIDS, when everyday people stand up and put a human face on that which has been dehumanized. Thanks for this article, and for highlighting these brave efforts.
