Thank you for a well written piece. Both the CDC and the WHO both agree on U=U. Both agencies supersede any uneducated doctor’s opinions and definitely any hard headed negative person’s thinking. As a poz person it is very hard to live with the stigma, let alone date with it. Negative men should be on PrEP period. Kill the stigma.

Comparing U=U science to Climate Change denial is FOOLISH! Climate Change won't immediately ruin my personal health. HIV infection immediately ruins my health and quality of life. I believe in science. I'll take the HIV vaccine when its proven. Once I am vaccinated against all strains of HIV then U=U will be a valid idea. Until I'm protected by an effective broad spectrum HIV Vaccine, HIV stigma will be alive & well in the HIV Negative population. Period END OF STORY! FIN!
