Biktarvy made me gain 40 lbs!! A study came out last summer '19, stating it could cause weight gain. I've been on a low carb, low sugar diet since 8/2018, as soon as I got off keto and started eating "basic" foods like a sandwich here and there (which isn't very high in carbs bread-wise) that was more protein heavy than normal, my weight went up fast.Almost overnight but I'd say within a month or less. It was crazy and I've struggled to lose it ever since; I'm on a low dose of steroids for COPD.
