I have no doubt that the more people that are diagnosed and treated early, the better off everyone will be including those with HIV. Not only will it slow the spread of disease, it will help reduce multiple strain infections and resistance. It's about time the whole world gets with the program. How many have died or that are HIV+ would not have been infected had there been effective efforts made 20 years ago?
