"Forty-four percent of hospital patients were offered a test, with 36 percent receiving one." With the uptake of offers being so high, there is clearly demand from patients. Maybe it is worthwhile having a look at what the screening/judgement criteria are that lead to 56% of patients not being offered screening. Opt-out as a default rather than opt-in might be a good way to go.
