Don't believe anything Texas republicans will tell you. Their "rainy day fund" is in the billions. They could easily shore up the Drug assistance program. But of course, a republican controlled state will cease any opportunity to deny care to people living with HIV. (They already tried before)....

Rather than rely on the state if you take antivirals from Gilead they have a program that will pay for the cost of the drugs. Shame not informing readers of such a program.
