Being noncontagious or untransmittable requires testing followed by treatment. Thanks to HIV criminalization the spread will continue. The day you test positive is the day HIV criminalization begins. Some guys will ride the clock until they get too ill to avoid medication. Thanks to vile lawmakers and fear-based voters, the spread will continue.
