for such stupidity&incompetence like that "toledo" there is a good Russian word: "SUKA". Not a single foreign AIDS fund or grant has been working on the territory of the Russian Federation already for several years. I wonder if we ask that "toledo" to distinguish a "Russian prostitute" from "Ukarainian prostitute", "Belorussian prostitute", "Polish prostitute", "Romanian/Bulgarian/Latvian/Estonian/Lithuanian prostitute".. how this genuine woman could make it out?

This is an incredibly "short" article with no supporting research. It mentions that Russian prostitutes were or were to be studied. Then goes on to mention that they were not recruited. My question is this . How do you find people for , lets say HIV vaccine clinical trials? The answer is you advertise in some way about the trials even if it is word of mouth and try to find people to participate. I.E. You " Recruit " people. I'm not leaning one way or the other, this article is simply lame.
