LTS here (35+ years), and my current drug/s regime is Prezista+Juluca, a 3 drug combo. I'm doing well. Over the years, I developed a number of resistances to various drugs and/or combos. The current one seems like it has "sealed the deal" on further adjustments (fingers crossed).

The study design does not at all allow the conclusion that was posted, specifically the suggestion that 2-drug combos may be inferior to 3-drug combos. The 2 cohorts were profoundly different with the suggestion that those patients who ended up in the 2-drug cohort representing a more “difficult to treat” population. This study is an example how poorly designed studies and conclusions drawn from such studies may cause more confusion rather than being an important contribution to care of PLWH.
