Blue Cross just sent me a letter stating I should now use a local pharmacy and not mail order. Ha they are all running scared now after discriminating against us for so long.

Just a quick question would this also pertain to the ex members who had insurance thru them last year I was able to get my first 2 prescriptions at a local pharmacy then had to use the mail order. I also had to pay my full deductible before I could get my first prescription. Just wabting to know if this lawsuit would be for past members.
