I think it is funny that all HIV programs are being cut by Republicans. In every news article I read, it is always a Republican that is making cuts and republicans that, in my opinion, are murdering HIV patients because of biggotry and not because of a budgetary issue. Republicans are horrible/very bad people for killing their own citizens.

Sad and yet have you looked at Idaho and the NW in General? There is mandatory reporting in Idaho still and no funding at all for the most part for Hiv/Aids they report beacuse thier are not enough cases to warrant it. Might be because no one is coming forward due to the fear of being on a LIST!
