Viral Rebound Chance Is Low for Those on Successful HIV Treatment

I have been on Triumeq since late 2016 and I've consistently tested undetectable (under 50). In December 2020 my doctors suggested I switch to a simplified regimen with Dovato. Since I had 2 tests - one in January and one in March both undetectable. I just did another test last week and to my horror my viral load jumped to 832. I have never missed a dose, wasn't ill, had taken no medications. I've heard of blips but such a sharp rise in VL only 2 months after UD should I be concerned?
