What am I not understanding here ?? So...making drugs illegal is causing HIV to spread because addicts CANT get needles ?? HOW? As someone who has been HIV+ for 17 years I feel like someone is using the HIV/AIDS population to piggyback on hopes of absolute legalization of drugs and that is insanity. PLEASE either show me how I am seeing this wrong or if I am right how arresting people and getting them away from dirty needles and insane social atmospheres prevents HIV deterrence.
