As a retired Public Health Nurse who worked ( for the past 25 years) not only with HIV patients accessing Ryan White Fund Case Management, but also dealt on a daily basis with basic HIV prevention efforts through testing and community education throughout my county and the State of Oregon, I LAUD AND COMMEND you on your 40th anniversary of providing services to the HIV community in your area.
