It is sad and makes me angry that so many women are ignored in the world. And quite frankly, it scares me that more attention is not given to women on this matter. Women need to unite and stand up like Gay men did in the early part of this disease. I fight the disease in any way I can including talking openly about it. Once the sigma is less about being a woman living with it by coming out about it, less women will think "it won't happen to me"
