It seems like too much information sharing for potentially little reward. And procedures in place to prevent sharing of personal information always break down. Further, it feels like too much micromanaging of people's lives.

My quotes in this article about the nation's Partner Services workforce were, as the quote states, about the country's workforce based on my last six years of national work. However, given my decades of work leading the program in Michigan some have interpreted my comments to be directed at the Michigan PS workforce. Michigan’s protocol is actually in the forefront of this activity and plan to use a highly trained group to engage in MHS-specific conversations with PLWH in their communities.
